The FAQ Hub

  • 15 Players on the inside of the truck and 4-5 more on the outside. (Our outdoor gaming experience operates only under favorable weather conditions—no outdoor gaming during winter or when it’s raining.)

  • All event transactions are final. You may opt to reschedule to another open time or cancel, but please note that refunds are not provided. In the case of extreme weather, we have the discretion to reschedule your event to ensure optimal safety and experience.

  • We operate within a 25-mile radius of Boise. Please contact us if you think you are located outside of the 25 miles. Additional travel fees may be required outside the radius.

  • Enjoy online gaming as part of our service, though please be aware that poor signal areas could result in a weaker connection.

  • Please ensure there’s at least 50 feet of space available for parking the game truck, which is entirely self-powered.
